ladies fingers with cincalok sambal...typical nyonya dish which is so easy to make yet delicious
first...cut ladies fingers into 2-3 pieces ...cut it slanting so that the inside takes less time to cook
boil some water...enough to cover the ladies fingers and add a dash of salt to the water. cook for 3-5 minutes...drain the water...pour ladies fingers into plate/bowl..add as much sambal as you want and tadaaaa...another healthy meal =)
