Welcome 2010

goodbye 2009. You were definitely a year of up and downs like a rollercoaster. Started off my year with 2nd year of dentistry. So glad that i am a 3rd year dental student now. Slightly nervous and excited about what new things will come my way. Learned to drive on the highways. Celebrated my 21st birthday with a wonderful surprise from my dear friends. Decided to take up a mission trip to Cambodia as my elective. Travelled abroad on my own with friends for the very first time. Saw what poverty meant. Learnt many life lessons along the way. Learned to appreciate life more. Passed all my exams and competency tests with much sweat and tears and agony but with the continual passion to learn and discover new things everyday be it the small little things or the big picture. Went through disappointments and heartaches. Had joyful fun fun times. Started going to church regularly again. Fulfilled my dream to go to Bangkok ( so wanna go again!!). Celebrated Christmas with the big family with good yummy food. Ushered in 2010 with a thankful heart and a hope for a bigger, better year to come. Happy New Year to all :)
