Hate this feeling

=( ..i hate being a worrywart!!! I wish i had a remedy for this right now so i wont feel so panicky everytime i get down to my books to study...the thought of not knowing enough to pass haunts me ...its like a disease that encroaches my body...eeeeekssss...i wanna get rid of these thoughts but it wont go away!!! Well at least my ulcers are gone and there are no new ones...and im on less caffeine and im still awake ( but alert...hmm maybe..maybe not???) Anybody with a cure for worryworts-in-stressful-situations...give me a shoutout pls. Much much appreciated.
